After Hours, Weekend, and Holiday Emergency Service
If it is truly an after-hours emergency, please do not send an email to generate a ticket. We use an answering service to alert us to emergency issues. Please call 484-985-9473 and follow the prompt for Emergency Service. When you reach our operator, please try and provide as much detail as possible about the service issue so we can allocate the correct resources. Once you call our support line, our on-call technician will be notified and will return your call within 4 hours.
After Hours, Weekend, and Holiday Non-Emergency Service
